  • CJPacket Ordinary offers cost-effective international shipping with reliable delivery for tech products.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, but tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary by location:

    • North America: 15-30 business days

    • Europe: 15-30 business days

    • Australia & New Zealand: 15-30 business days

    • Other Countries: 20-40 business days

  • Delivery times can be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • We offer competitive rates via CJPacket Ordinary to keep your costs low.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will coordinate with CJ to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

  • Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

  • Note: Tracking information may be limited with CJPacket Ordinary.
